When Hesam Deihimi, Managing Principal and his longtime friend and industry expert, Iman Rahmim, observed the property development landscape, they saw a critical gap: projects often failed to foster the well-being of the communities they were built for. Driven by a deep passion for change, they combined their decades of expertise in development and to forge a new path—one where the goal for every project is to enhance the wellbeing of the community.
Placemaker embodies a multi-faceted approach to the selection, planning, design, and construction of residential and mixed-use spaces. Every project is a deliberate effort to enhance community well-being, ensuring that health, happiness, and a sense of belonging are at the core of every design decision.
